This does not belong in this forum, but, yes, you can see a psychologist in your community, and he can diagnose Borderline Personality Disorder.

First of all as the system administrator pointed out this is not necessarily a chat room, rather a forum for psychological communication. Nevertheless, I thought I would reply by stating that I would use caution before administering your own psychological or psychiatric diagnosis. If you are indeed in crisis seek out help in your local center (911 or your local crisis line or a psychologist). If you are concerned about your own health and wellbeing but are not in a state of crisis rather a personal desire to improve some aspect of your psychological condition, seek out a practitioner who can provide you counseling-therapy and possibly someone for a psychological assessment. I do hope that this proves helpful in your pursuits.
