Anti-Depressant without this side effect

Is there an anti-depressant that does not cause or exacerbate suicidal feelings?

Most anti-depressants are quite safe and it has always been questionable as to whether any exacerbate suicidal ideation or merely free up an individual's energy and enable them to deal with such thoughts. In either case, for the treatment of depression medication and psychotherapy concurrently are indicated. Whoever prescribes your medication should be able to recommend an antidepressant that would meet your needs.
