I have been reading this forum a while and find it very interesting plus good advice. I live in the UK and suffer from Non Epileptic Seizures, Conversion Disorder I was wondering if any one would like to touch base with me and if there is any one in the UK who has this illness I would be interested to hear from them.I will be starting with a Clinical Phycologist in August to deal with the conversion, I was actually diagnosed Complex partial seizures for 17 years and then absence attacks. I would be more than happy to hear from others those who just want a friend to chat or email or people who have had treatment for this and how affective it is. Also I was wondering I get DLA as the diagnosis has changed does this affect m Disabled Living Allowance.:)
