in recent years i've repeatedly dreamed of a situation where i become speechless because of an stranger's presence, when i'm alone at home. in the same period of time i've had pain in my shoulders and neck, which also's been associated by an intense anxiety of performance in my everyday life. i've tried alot of "treatments", but very recently i'm working on two things:1 consciously try not to be scared of anything (cognitive) 2 reconstruct the scary dreams and deal with them.
the results are not insignificant! but it's too simple! could it help? could it be the answer (my answer)?
